Basic Industries is a small, high production wood mill making high quality wood products to a variety of industries.
Job Description
This position consists of a variety of duties that we desire each one of our team members to learn and contribute with.
These duties vary from stacking, sorting, palletizing, running equipment, feeding production lines, setting up equipment, etc. Forklift experience is certainly a plus in this job, although not required. If you have a clean driving record and would be able to drive a small delivery truck as needed, that would also be great. The more you can do, the more opportunity you have.
If you can come in and show your ability to push production forward, the opportunity for growth in pay could be almost immediate.
This requires someone who is attentive to detail, can work in a safe manner and do It with a great attitude.
Qualifications
This person must be able to work in a safe, efficient and effective manner. Someone who is competitive with themselves and desires to achieve an outcome and work to beat it is ideal for this job. The ability to work quickly and efficiently is a must.
We dont need defrees or certifications. We need good people who can work hard and find value in creating, achieving goals, and building on success on a daily basis.
