  • Lead all daily operations of the Parts Department

  • Increase department profitability and gross profit

  • Grow and develop outside wholesale parts sales

  • Maintain proper inventory levels and inventory controls

  • Build strong relationships with service, collision, and wholesale customers

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a winning parts team

  • Improve department efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction

  • Analyze reports, manage expenses, and drive continuous improvement

  • Minimum 3+ years of Automotive Parts Management experience
