Job description

Wood’s Automotive Services LLC, located at 7301 Memphis Avenue, Brooklyn, OH is actively searching for Automotive Technicians (A or B) to join our ever-growing small business. The work week is Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, with some overtime possible. Based on experience, the compensation could be up to $35/hour, with the possibility of an annual bonus. Yes, you read that right – up to $35/hour! Other shops may pay on flat rate, but at Wood’s Automotive, we pay hourly!

What We Offer:

What We Are Looking For:
  • Candidate must have extensive experience in automotive technology.
  • Must have some management experience, particularly great customer service, vendor online catalogs, and shop management software (i.e., ShopKey, ProDemand, and Mitchell Management).
  • Must have ability to multi-task between the office and shop duties.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in automotive repair services.
  • ASE Certifications in Brakes (A5), Steering & Suspension (A4), & Electrical (A6) – additional ASE Certifications will be compensated once obtained.
  • Tech-savvy with tablets/laptops; has their own tools to create their work space, with the ability to purchase additional tools through our vendors.
  • Self-starter who works well independently, yet still be able to ask meaningful questions and offer suggestions.
