Job Title: Automotive Service Porter

Location: 930 Auto Show Dr, Henderson, NV 89014
Schedule: Shifts Vary | Monday-Friday 7am-6pm, Saturdays 7am-5pm (Four 10-hour shifts per week)
Pay: $17/hour


About the Role

Chapman Automotive Group is a family-owned dealership organization that has delivered exceptional service and a customer-first experience since 1966. As one of the leading automotive retailers in Arizona and Nevada, we take pride in our strong team culture and commitment to excellence.

Our Chapman Chrysler Jeep location in Henderson is currently seeking an Automotive Service Porter to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain the flow of customer vehicles throughout the service department while supporting an organized, efficient, and customer-focused service experience. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start and grow a career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive vehicles between the service lane, service stalls, parking areas, and dealership lot as needed
  • Assist with maintaining vehicle flow and organization within the service department
  • Help maintain inventory of service supplies including key tags, floor mats, and seat covers
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the Service Drive and shop areas
  • Wash customer and company vehicles as assigned
  • Support Service Department operations with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or lot attendant experience preferred
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow directions and complete routine tasks independently
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
  • Experience driving manual transmission is a plus
  • Valid Nevada driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
