Automotive Service Manager
 Baton Rouge, Louisiana

looking for a strong, aggressive, results-driven Service Manager to lead our service department to the next level.

This is not a sit-back-and-manage role. We are looking for a leader who drives productivity, maximizes technician efficiency, controls expenses, builds culture, and pushes performance every single day.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Driving technician productivity and selling 100%+ of available shop hours
• Forecasting and achieving monthly and annual service goals
• Managing gross profit, effective labor rate, and expense controls
• Hiring, training, motivating, and retaining top-level technicians and advisors
• Monitoring daily productivity reports and payroll accuracy
• Ensuring warranty compliance and manufacturer standards are met
• Reducing comebacks and improving repair quality
• Implementing marketing strategies to grow customer-pay business
• Maintaining strong CSI and customer retention programs
• Holding weekly performance meetings with the service team
• Managing parts coordination and shop workflow
• Maintaining OSHA, environmental, and regulatory compliance
• Creating a culture of accountability, urgency, and teamwork


What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Fixed Ops Leader
• Strong understanding of CDJR warranty and policy procedures preferred
• Track record of increasing ELR, technician productivity, and gross
• Ability to lead high-volume operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• ASE certifications preferred
• Valid driver’s license
