Job description

Receptionist/Cashier

Our front office teams are the first impression of our dealerships — providing friendly service while helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

We're looking for a dependable Receptionist / Cashier to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and wants to build experience in a professional automotive environment. No prior experience is required — we're willing to train the right person.

Schedule & Pay

  • $16.00–$17.00 per hour
  • Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Handle customer payments and operate the dealership cash register.
  • Assist customers with basic questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate cash receipts and daily transactions.
  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.
  • Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
  • Provide support to the accounting and management teams as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.
