Schedule: Full-Time
Hours: Choose the schedule that works best for you:

  • 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do
  • Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Scan, organize, and maintain dealership documents.
  • Assist with filing and general administrative duties.
  • Support multiple departments with day-to-day office tasks.
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
