Join Our Team as a GMC & Buick Sales Associate - Sommer's Automotive
LOCATION: 7211 W MEQUON RD., MEQUON, WI. 53092
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and excited to represent two iconic automotive brands? Sommer's Automotive is seeking motivated, customer-focused GMC & Buick Sales Associates to join our sales team.
No prior automotive or sales experience is required to be successful in this role. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
** New-Hire Pay Guarantee and Incentive Program
Earn a minimum commission of $500 toward your total commission for every new Buick or GMC vehicle delivered (plus any additional applicable bonuses).
We offer an initial commission guarantee and a supportive incentive structure, in addition to the standard commission structure, designed to help new team members ramp up quickly, exceed their commission guarantee and maximize earnings.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Average annual compensation: $70,000 to $120,000 or more w/ a straight commission pay plan, with no commission cap

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Follow up with customers using the dealership CRM system
  • Collaborate with sales managers and team members to achieve individual and dealership goals
  • Stay current on GMC and Buick product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
  • Represent the Sommer's Automotive brand with professionalism and integrity

Position Information
  • Full-time, exempt position
  • Set weekly schedule
  • Five days per week between Monday and Saturday (Saturdays Required)
