Interested in a fun and fast-paced social media centered career in the automotive industry? Easton Motors is looking for a dedicated Automotive Sales Associate to join the team! The Automotive Sales Associate is the voice of Team Easton and spends the majority of the day on the phone, social media, and working in-person with guests that are seeking a quality pre-owned vehicle. The Automotive Sales Associate will work as the guest's largest advocate and works to ensure that the car-buying process is simple, seamless, friendly, and fun!
POSITION TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Professionally greet new and existing customers in person and by phone, text and email to determine their needs.
  2. Work with customers seeking financing in a discreet and responsible manner. Assist them to complete all aspects to acquire credit.
  3. Maintain knowledge of the entire inventory of Easton Motors vehicles, and work to match price and vehicle options with customer needs and budget.
  4. Learn and apply Easton Motors sales training processes and possess adequate knowledge to complete a customer sales transaction.
  5. Work with the Team to establish leads, develop relationships, and create a strong referral network.
  6. Utilize CRM software to manage tasks and assignments.
  7. Maintain cleanliness of store and lot inventory and move vehicles on the lot to present a positive curb appeal for potential and existing customers.
  8. Handle the activities and interactions throughout the day with a positive mindset.
  9. Accompanying guests on test drives and fully explaining vehicle features
  10. Maintaining cleanliness and moving vehicles for lot-presence creating a positive curb appeal for potential and existing guests.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
  • High school diploma/GED preferred.

Experience:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience highly preferred
  • 1-2 years of intermediate experience with Microsoft programs and other applicable office equipment and programs required

Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Thorough understanding of vehicles
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with guests
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
  • Proven ability to train and grow other team members.

License(s)/Certification(s):
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must have a driving record that meets business insurability requirements through the completion of an MVR
  • Must be 21 or older for insurability purposes
  • Salesperson license required
