Description:

We are seeking an experienced Production Process Manager to lead, optimize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes within a high-volume automotive production environment. This role focuses on driving efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance while supporting production teams and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and improve daily production processes to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Lead and support production supervisors and team leaders
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies

Requirements:
  • Automotive industry experience (assembly, welding, metal fabrication)
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with production metrics and manufacturing systems
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
