At Bertera Subaru of West Springfield, every on-time delivery, every organized part, and every interaction contributes to the customer experience. We're looking for a dependable, energetic team member who takes pride in being an important part of that process.

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
  • Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to lift and move automotive parts and materials
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Prior delivery experience is helpful but not required
  • Automotive knowledge is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
