 What You Will Do:

  • Conduct delivery assurance activities remotely with identified suppliers and parts
  • Conduct WIP and LOB reviews
  • Update operations tracker of critical parts
  • Create recovery action plan and hold suppliers accountable
  • Liaise between suppliers, buyers, and stakeholders to improve overdue delivery dates
  • Ensure timely and accurate stakeholder communication and escalation

What You Will Bring:

  • 5-7 years in an expeditor role or delivery assurance experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field a plus
  • Solid communication skills, organizational skills, and time management
  • Experience utilizing SAP to track orders, line items, and delivery schedules
  • Ability to manage and speak to stakeholders and give external teams feedback
  • Proven track record of creating and maintaining relationships
  • Familiarity with Aerospace industry and parts, or related engineering field

Pay Range: $36.06/hour - $38.46/hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within the United States.

Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
