THE ROLE: The Service Advisor plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience while driving service department success. This position serves as the primary liaison between customers and technicians ensuring clear communication, accurate service recommendations, and efficient workflow.
We are looking for a sales-minded professional who can confidently guide customers through their service needs, identify additional opportunities, and handle challenging situations with professionalism and care.
This is a salary + commission-based role, offering strong earning potential for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment. $55,000
