Job description

Internal Service Advisor / Pre-Owned Reconditioning Coordinator

Lockhart Cadillac, a luxury Cadillac franchise dealership, is seeking an organized, process-driven Internal Service Advisor / Pre-Owned Reconditioning Coordinator to join our team.

This position works closely with Sales and Service Management to coordinate new vehicle pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and the complete pre-owned vehicle reconditioning process, ensuring vehicles are delivered on time and to Cadillac's high standards.

Requirements
  • Automotive service administration experience required

  • Dealership service advisor or internal service advisor experience preferred

  • Luxury automotive experience preferred, but not required

  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all new vehicle PDIs and pre-owned reconditioning

  • Work with Sales and Service Management to prioritize vehicle flow

  • Monitor repairs, inspections, and vehicle status

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely vehicle completion
