We're looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing strategy for a portfolio of automotive dealerships throughout the Midwest. In this role, you'll partner directly with Regional Vice Presidents, General Managers, dealership leaders, and corporate leadership to develop marketing strategies that increase vehicle sales, generate qualified leads, strengthen community engagement, and improve customer experience.

What You'll Do

Develop Regional Marketing Strategy
  • Build annual, quarterly, and monthly regional marketing plans 
  • Partner with dealership leadership to identify growth opportunities

  • Translate company initiatives into localized marketing strategies 
  • Identify market trends, competitive opportunities, and customer insights 
Drive Business Performance
  • Analyze marketing performance, sales trends, lead generation, and ROI

  • Develop regional scorecards and executive performance reporting

  • Manage marketing budgets across multiple dealership locations 
Lead & Develop Your Team
  • Manage and coach Regional Marketing Leads 
  • Establish priorities, goals, and performance expectations 
  • Conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching

  • Foster collaboration across multiple dealership teams 
Partner with Dealership Leadership
  • Serve as the primary marketing advisor to Regional Vice Presidents and General Managers

  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships throughout the organization 
Strengthen Community Presence

Improve Marketing Operations

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 
  • 5-8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience 
  • Experience supporting multi-location, retail, franchise, or dealership operations 
  • Strong strategic planning and business analysis skills 
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and performance metrics 
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
