The Opportunity
As a Kinaxis Architect - Supply Chain Consulting Sr. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration. Within our Operations practice, you will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Your guidance on technology and data analytics will be crucial in creating a connected and agile supply chain network.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving overall project success and contributing to the firm's business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions to optimize supply chain operations
- Collaborating with clients to analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement
- Developing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness in supply chain networks
- Utilizing analytical thinking and operations strategy to drive business performance and streamline processes
- Managing budgetary aspects and cost accounting to support supply chain modernization initiatives
- Guiding teams in strategic sourcing and procurement to establish inventory levels and optimize distribution channels
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within supply chain management
- Coaching and providing feedback to develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of inclusion and professional growth
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine supply chain transformation strategies

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
