Job description

Greenway CDJR of Anniston is looking for an experienced and motivated automotive dealership Service Advisor to join our team! The ideal candidate is a high energy individual who is looking for an opportunity to gain experience and learn from a dedicated team of mentors. This position includes identifying problems with automobiles, gathering information about warranties and provisions for service coverage and drafting orders for repairs to be done. Being a determined self-starter who maintains a consistent level of outstanding customer satisfaction are must-have qualities for the Service Advisor position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Greets and consults with customers to interpret their needs and arrange for appropriate service
  2. Serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters
  3. Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work
  4. Sells additional needed services
  5. Sets and manages the expectations for service delivery for both the customers and mechanics
  6. Continuously updates customers on repair needs and completion times
  7. Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
  8. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  1. One year of dealership Service Advisor experience, preferred
  2. Must have a proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
  3. Must have a valid driver's license and be in good standing
  4. Must exhibit personal and professional integrity
  5. Have a desire for a long term career with a growing organization
  6. Reynolds and Reynolds experience; preferred
