Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Powersports Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for powersports and possess exceptional sales skills. As a Powersports Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and driving sales to achieve and exceed targets. You will work closely with customers, offering expert advice and recommending suitable powersports products to meet their specific needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a growing fast-paced environment and be part of a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. 

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and personal experience with powersports products, including motorcycles, ATVs, & side-by-sides.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and effectively negotiate sales.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Motorcycle license preferred. 
  • Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
  • Strong customer service mentality, with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales target
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries and sales transactions efficiently.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques and creating a sense of urgency among customers.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively advise customers.
  • Facilitate product demonstrations, test drives, and assist with product financing options.
  • Handle sales inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and execute sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Accurately process sales transactions and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom that showcases our wide range of powersports products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager.
