FRANCHISE AUTO DEALER - Dayton, Ohio Area

Position: Automotive Finance (F&I) Manager

Requirements & Preferences:

- Experience with Proven Track Record and Solid References REQUIRED

- Evidence of $1,000+ per copy in current or prior F&I positions

- Auto Sales Experience is preferred

- Mortgage Sales, Banking & Financial product sales experience welcomed

- Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required

Job Description:

As an F&I Manager, you will provide and explain financing options to customers. You will also be responsible for selling additional aftermarket products and maintaining industry standards of performance and compliance set in forth by the dealership.

REPORTS TO: Dealer/General Manager

DUTIES:

· Sell finance, service contracts, GAP, other ancillary products.

· Offer 100% of these products to 100% of the customers 100% of the time.

· Obtain approval from finance source on all finance deals.

· Provide incentives for salespeople in accordance with dealership policies.

· Set up and maintain an adequate turnover program, which will insure a 100% turnover ratio to the F&I Department.

· Work with Sales Managers in securing a good profit from every sale.

· Seek and secure financial outlets for finance paper, with the dealers approval.

· Seek all certifications, insurance and sales licenses necessary to be compliant

· Maintain a daily operational control log and provide F&I results to dealer/GM/Agent daily

· Complete and distribute monthly penetration reports on F&I sales

· Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.

· Handle responsibility for all rate quotations

· Manage CIT collection from all lenders on loans and leases

· Be positively involved in the sales process and sales training
