What You'll Do

  • Oversee performance, profitability, and operations across multiple dealerships
  • Lead and hold teams accountable to core dealership processes and standards
  • Partner with General Managers to improve sales, service, and customer satisfaction (CSI)
  • Drive results in inventory management, profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Conduct performance reviews, root cause analysis, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with OEM partners and executive leadership
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing dealership leadership teams
  • Ensure alignment with company goals and growth strategies

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years senior automotive leadership (multi-store experience required)
  • Proven track record in driving profitability, CSI, and team development
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
