THE DAY TO DAYCustomer Experience & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire service experience.

  • Build trust by listening to customer concerns and communicating repair recommendations clearly and professionally.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle check-in through delivery and follow-up.

  • Manage customer expectations while providing accurate updates on repair progress and timelines.

  • Recommend maintenance and repair services that protect the customer's investment and ensure vehicle safety.

Service Coordination & Operations
  • Create accurate repair orders by gathering customer concerns and diagnostic information.

  • Coordinate with our fully certified manufacturer technicians to ensure efficient diagnosis and timely repairs.

  • Schedule appointments, monitor repair status, and communicate updates throughout the repair process.

  • Review estimates, warranty coverage, and service contracts with customers.

  • Work closely with Parts and Service teams to maintain an efficient workflow.

Organization & Continuous Improvement
  • Manage multiple repair orders while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

  • Document customer concerns and technician recommendations accurately.

  • Stay current on Ford and Hyundai products, repair procedures, and manufacturer programs.

  • Support dealership goals by maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention.


  THE RIGHT FITExperience Required
  • Minimum one (1) year of Service Advisor experience in a franchise automotive dealership is required.

  • Previous sales experience or customer-facing experience is strongly preferred.

  • Experience using Xtime and Dealertrack is a plus.

Customer Service Excellence
  • Proven ability to build relationships, earn customer trust, and create exceptional service experiences.

  • Professional communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner.
