  • Process and post vehicle deals accurately
  • Calculate commissions and maintain deal documentation
  • Coordinate bank funding and payoff processing
  • Maintain accounting schedules and inventory records
  • Process trades, wholesale deals, and reports
  • Support the accounting office with general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office required)
  • Dealership software experience (DealerTrack/Arkona) is a plus
  • Notary certification is a plus
  • Experience in dealership accounting or contracts preferred (training available for the right candidate)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
