What You'll Do
  • Manage all aspects of vehicle financing and deal structuring
  • Maximize profitability on F&I products and services
  • Present and sell finance and protection options to customers
  • Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
  • Ensure timely deal funding and completion
  • Maintain full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the sales desk to meet dealership goals
  • Maintain lender mix and achieve monthly performance targets
  • Oversee efficient workflow within the finance office

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2+ years Automotive F&I Management experience
  • Proven F&I performance (ex: $1,000+ per copy preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Stable work history and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented
  • Ability to meet licensing requirements
  • Computer proficiency (DealerTrack a plus)
