RBM OF ATLANTA AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE BOOKER

Essential Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should have documented experience working as a Mercedes-Benz automotive booker or warranty administrator with knowledge of automotive: parts, diagnostic procedures, repair procedures, and general vehicle knowledge.

  • Ensure repair orders are accurate and complete according to Mercedes-Benz and dealership standards.
    • Verify flagged technician labor and comments.
    • Ensure corresponding parts, labor and applicable charges are billed correctly.
    • Verify appropriate documentation is included.
  • Monitor comebacks and Warranty Key Performance Indicators.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports and administrative assistance as needed.
  • Proactively communicate potential issues with management and other departments via text, email, and/or phone in order to support our goal of providing the best possible customer experience. 
  • Maintain a professional attitude, appearance, and work space.
  • Complete required Mercedes-Benz and dealership training. 
  • Abide by company policy, departmental best practices/procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior to being employed, applicants for employment must participate in RBM’s normal screening process which includes: completing a full employment application; satisfactory criminal, credit and driving records checks (where applicable); in-person interviews and other inquiries.
  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Authorized to work in the USA for any employer.
  • Previous experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities is required.
  • Mercedes-Benz experience and ADP knowledge is preferred.
  • Basic communication and problem solving skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills using American units of measure.
  • Physical activities include: remain stationary for long periods of time, operating office equipment, and repetitive motion.
