Automotive Internet Manager (BDM)
Weekly Pay + Comprehensive Benefits
Compensation: $75,000-$100,000+ annually (wage is comprised of base salary and % of department profit to be determined as part of pay plan)

As a BDC Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers every day. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused BDC Sales Manager who will help us redefine the car-buying experience.
The BDC Manager is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and ensuring that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on sales.
  • Make and receive a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
  • Respond to phone inquiries in an efficient professional manner
  • Reply to on-line email leads and requests for sales information within store's standards
  • Maintain a log of daily activities and completed daily tasks
  • Set appointments as necessary
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments
  • Utilize the manufacturer's prospecting and marketing tools if applicable
  • Maintain a log of customers who visit the dealership
  • Previous experience setting up/running/managing an Automotive BDC is required
  • Previous experience with Internet/Web response centers is a plus
  • Previous CRM experience is a plus
  • Previous experience with Website/SEO/SEM knowledge is a plus
  • Great communication and customer service skills is required
  • Excellent phone presence is required
  • Strong Computer & Phone Skills (ADP, Outlook, Excel) is a must
  • Prior sales, call center, or BDC experience required
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)
