ABOUT GEAR DIGITAL

Gear Digital is the specialized marketing and digital transformation agency arm of duPont Registry Group. We sit at the intersection of luxury, technology, and automotive excellence. We don't just execute campaigns; we build digital ecosystems for the worlds most prestigious automotive and lifestyle brands.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is ideal for a seller with experience across luxury, automotive, and technology-driven solutions, including digital platforms, data, and marketing infrastructure. This is not a standard sales role; it is a strategic position for a professional who understands the nuances of the Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) market. You will operate through a "branding lens," ensuring that every pitch and partnership aligns with the prestige of our clients. Your primary mission is to secure Agency of Record (AOR) contracts with high-end automotive and lifestyle brands by leveraging inbound/outbound channels and maximizing the powerful ecosystem of the duPont Registry Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Outbound Strategy: Architect and execute sophisticated outbound strategies to target C-level executives (CMOs, CEOs) at Tier-1 luxury and automotive brands.
  • Inbound Conversion: Manage and qualify inbound leads, acting as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for Gear Digital.
  • The "Branding Lens": Approach sales consultatively. You aren't just selling services; you are selling digital transformation and brand elevation. You must be able to audit a prospect's current positioning and articulate how Gear Digital can elevate their equity.

Strategic Partnerships (Internal & External)

  • The DR Group Ecosystem: Proactively build relationships with publishers and stakeholders within the duPont Registry Group. Identify opportunities to upsell agency services to existing advertising partners of the Registry.
  • Publisher Relations: Collaborate with our media network to create bundled offerings (Media + Agency Services) that provide unique value propositions to prospective clients.

Pitching & Deal Closing

  • Lead the pitch process from discovery to close. Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to build winning decks that speak the language of luxury.
  • Negotiate Agency of Record (AOR) retainers and project-based contracts that ensure long-term profitability and partnership health.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have deep familiarity with the luxury landscape. You understand the difference between "premium" and "luxury," and you know what drives decision-making in the automotive and high-end lifestyle sectors.
  • You understand the agency business model. You know how to scope work, understand margin, and sell the value of creative and technical services.
  • You are relentless in pursuit of new business but strategic in your approach. You value building a relationship over a quick transaction.
  • You thrive on networking. You can navigate complex organizations and building rapport with stakeholders within the duPont Registry Group.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 4+ years of Business Development or Account Strategy experience, preferably within a Digital Agency, Luxury Brand, or Automotive environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of working with or selling to luxury/lifestyle brands. Automotive industry experience is a significant plus.
  • Location: Ability to work full-time from our Miami office or commit to frequent, regular travel to Miami for partner meetings and team collaboration.
  • Skills: Exceptional presentation skills (Keynote/PowerPoint), CRM proficiency, and a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape (SEO, Paid Media, Content Strategy, Web Dev).

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive Compensation: A strong base salary paired with an uncapped, performance-based commission structure designed to reward high achievers.
  • Access: Direct access to the duPont Registry Groups legendary network of partners, events, and inventory.
  • Culture: A fast-paced, innovative environment in the heart of Miami, working alongside a team passionate about cars and culture.
  • Growth: The opportunity to build a book of business within one of the most recognized names in the automotive world.
