Responsibilities:
  • Under supervision, performs a variety of installation-related duties, including routine work, troubleshooting, modification, and repair work in the assigned area.
  • Duties will include working with wheels, leather interior packages, lift kits, led lighting, radios, spray in bedliners, and much more.
  • Assures installation work is performed at the rate and specifications required by the customer and agreed upon by the company, on a daily basis.
  • Works efficiently by the establishment and ongoing improvement of performance standards.
  • Knows and understands technical information and specifications of the proper installation of all products.
  • Organizes work so all installations are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Pays close attention to detail, works to achieve error-free performance.
  • Utilizes proper techniques in the use of all tools, equipment, etc.
  • Practices preventative maintenance of equipment ensuring lower cost of repair and replacement.
  • Communicate issues/items of importance to appropriate management personnel.
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must have at least 3 years as an automotive accessories technician
  • Must have your own set of tools. Tool purchase program available
  • Maintain a professional attitude with attention to personal appearance.
  • Knowledge of product accessories and services
  • Pay close attention to cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work area.
  • Aware of, and follow, all safety standards and requirements.
  • Ability to think critically and find solutions.
  • Capable of standing, lifting, and handling equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Prior experience with vehicle accessories and installation
  • Customer Service focus
  • Familiar with aftermarket vehicle accessories
