By implementing automation, companies can increase productivity, ensure consistency, and free up employees to focus on higher-value work.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals in Automation Solutions, and how can they be addressed?

Professionals in Automation Solutions often encounter challenges such as integrating new technologies with existing systems, managing rapidly evolving software tools, and ensuring minimal downtime during implementation. Proactive communication and continuous learning are crucial to successfully adapting to changing requirements and delivering effective automation solutions.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in Automation Solutions, and why are they important?

To thrive in Automation Solutions, you need a solid background in engineering or computer science, strong analytical skills, and experience with automation processes and protocols. What You Will Be Doing

The Automation Solutions Analyst is responsible for the rapid design, delivery, and iteration of AI-enabled solutions that solve real business problems across the firm. This role sits at the intersection of AI capability and business need - translating stakeholder requirements into working solutions quickly, using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and a growing library of reusable AI tools.

This is a high-output, client-facing role focused on speed and repeatability. The Automation Solutions Analyst thrives on turning around solutions fast, building reusable assets that scale across the firm, and enabling end users to get immediate value from AI tools. By staying current with the Microsoft AI ecosystem and the firm's evolving AI capabilities, this role plays a central part in expanding AI adoption and demonstrating tangible impact across legal and business operations.

About This Role

  • Deliver rapid, reusable AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI Builder - with a focus on fast turnaround and repeatable patterns.
  • Maintain and expand a library of templated AI solutions that can be quickly configured and deployed to meet common business requests.
  • Engage directly with practice and business stakeholders to understand needs, scope solutions, and manage expectations through delivery.
  • Assess incoming requests and determine the appropriate delivery approach - templated, configured, or escalated.
  • Identify and proactively surface opportunities where AI tooling can improve legal workflows, reduce manual effort, or enhance the client experience.
  • Document solutions, configurations, and reusable components to a consistent standard, supporting knowledge sharing.
  • Support firmwide AI adoption by providing hands-on enablement, guidance, and light training to end users on deployed solutions.
  • Collaborate with the broader team - including advanced AI engineers and automation engineers - to ensure solutions are appropriately scoped and handed off when needed.
  • Stay current with developments in Microsoft Copilot, the Power Platform ecosystem, and emerging AI tools relevant to legal and professional services environments.
  • Displays professionalism, quality service, and a positive, solutions-first attitude to all internal stakeholders.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
