San Antonio, TX

Full-time

Job description

Who you are:

Supergoop! is seeking a detail-oriented and operationally strong Logistics and 3PL Manager to own our inbound logistics execution and third-party logistics relationships. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between our contract manufacturers and our 3PL warehouse partners - ensuring product moves from production to warehouse accurately, on time, and in a way that supports outbound fulfillment commitments across all retail and direct channels. You will also own kitting and repack operations at the warehouse. You will report to the Vice President, Operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own inbound logistics coordination - scheduling and tracking all shipments from contract manufacturers to 3PL warehouse locations.
  • Manage the 3PL relationship - serve as the primary operational contact, managing SLA performance, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement in warehouse execution.
  • Coordinate kitting and repack projects at the warehouse - managing scheduling, labor planning, and quality oversight for special packaging and promotional fulfillment requirements.
  • Partner with the purchasing team on production-to-warehouse shipment timing to ensure inbound flow supports outbound fulfillment windows.
  • Maintain accurate inbound visibility in NetSuite - shipment status, expected receipt dates, and any variances that affect inventory availability.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Inventory Control on physical inventory accuracy, cycle count coordination, and any discrepancies identified at receipt.
  • Monitor 3PL performance against defined SLAs - inbound receiving accuracy, outbound fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, and kitting execution.
  • Use AI-powered tools and automation to improve inbound tracking, reduce manual coordination, and surface logistics risks before they become fulfillment problems.
  • Manage carrier relationships and freight costs for inbound shipments - track spend and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support contract reviews, capacity planning for peak periods, and any warehouse-related escalations.

Qualifications/Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination
  • Direct experience managing 3PL relationships and inbound logistics operations
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, receiving processes, and inventory management
  • Experience coordinating kitting and repack operations preferred
  • NetSuite experience preferred; demonstrated comfort with AI-powered tools and automation platforms
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proactive communicator - able to surface inbound risks early and keep cross-functional partners informed
  • Analytically capable - comfortable tracking logistics data, identifying trends, and driving performance conversations with 3PL partners
