This position is responsible for transportation reporting, route and tender analysis, accessorial cost analysis, invoice and payment support, TM data quality, and SAP TMS troubleshooting, helping improve service levels, cost efficiency, compliance, and overall operational performance.
Working closely with the Manager, SAP TMS, this role partners with teams across Operations, Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, Planning, carriers, and third-party partners to support continuous improvement initiatives and day-to-day transportation execution. The position also takes on several responsibilities previously managed by the Logistics Specialist role, expanding its focus on analytics, systems support, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Support annual business planning, transportation BID/RFP review, and other planning cycles through analysis, data preparation, and scenario support.
Maintain and enhance Snowflake database reporting and data sources that support TM and logistics visibility.
  • TENDER, ROUTING & NETWORK COMPLIANCE ANALYSIS

Support carrier routing compliance analysis, including trend review, exception identification, root cause support, and recommended countermeasures.
Review TM tender approvals and TM cockpit activity to identify risks, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
Partner with Operations and Logistics stakeholders to resolve transportation exceptions and improve network execution.
  • SAP TM / EWM DATA QUALITY, TESTING & TROUBLESHOOTING
Support SAP TM/EWM reconciliation, load close reconciliation, TM Post-GI data quality, EWM pin verification, and related system/data validation routines.

  • INVOICE, FREIGHT PAY & FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Support invoice corrections, manual payments, credit memo verification, Geodis aged invoicing, and month-end accrual activities.
Assist with TM rate loading, TM rate audit, and freight pay liaison support to Finance and Freight Pay partners.
Identify recurring invoice, accessorial, rate, or payment issues and partner with stakeholders to recommend process or system improvements.
Prepare accurate, timely reporting and documentation that supports financial controls, month-end routines, and freight payment accuracy.
  • CARRIER, VENDOR & STAKEHOLDER PARTNERSHIP
Support carrier OTP and OTD scorecard reporting and analysis, including data preparation, trend review, and performance visibility.
Partner with carriers, third-party logistics providers, Finance/Freight Pay, Operations, Logistics, and Planning stakeholders to resolve transportation issues and improve service performance.
Support Geodis planning and delivery exceptions and coordinate with internal partners to ensure issues are reviewed, documented, and addressed.
Provide Ramp-up call support and other recurring stakeholder routines that require transportation data, issue tracking, or analytical follow-up.
  • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & PROCESS SUPPORT
Identify process gaps, automation opportunities, recurring exceptions, and reporting improvements that support TM continuous improvement.
Translate operational issues into clear analysis, recommended actions, and measurable process improvements.
