Business Systems & Automation Analyst


We are seeking a proactive and innovative Business Systems & Automation Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering workflow automation and low/no-code solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve data quality, and increase visibility across the organization. You will collaborate closely with business and Business Intelligence (BI) stakeholders to assess needs, recommend appropriate tools, and implement comprehensive solutions that streamline processes and support strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using low/no-code platforms to optimize business processes.
  • Partner with business units and BI teams to evaluate operational needs and recommend suitable automation tools and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain process automation, forms, document workflows, approval processes, e-signature integrations, portals, and generative AI use cases.
  • Conduct needs assessments, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation solutions to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with emerging automation technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions and processes.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 to 10 years of experience in business systems, process automation, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), CRM tools, and analytics solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and develop innovative automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of workflow design, process mapping, and documentation best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Familiarity with e-signature solutions, portal development, and generative AI applications is a plus.
