The AI Automation Specialist sits within the Global Services team and is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing AI-powered workflows and automations that improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery across Global Services. This role serves as the primary owner of automation initiatives, partnering with business and technical teams to translate operational needs into scalable solutions using AI, automation platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered workflows and automations

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

  • Build and manage AI assistants, prompts, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation tools

  • Integrate automations with systems such as Salesforce, Feedonomics, Google Workspace, Monday.com, Zoho, and other business platforms

  • Monitor workflow performance and continuously optimize for efficiency, adoption, and business impact

  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, templates, and best practices.

  • Establish quality assurance, governance, and operational standards for AI-enabled workflows

  • Deliver training and enablement sessions to drive adoption of AI and automation solutions

  • Research and evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies to support business objectives

  • Partner and facilitate additional technical client-facing projects

Who Are You

  • 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, business operations, process improvement, or a related field

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience building automations using platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or Google Apps Script

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms

  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations

  • Strong documentation, project management, and stakeholder communication skills

  • Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or technology organization

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Feedonomics, Zoho, Snowflake, Monday.com, and Google Workspace

  • Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and operational analytics
