Position Summary:

Demonstrate proficiency and regularly perform assembly duties for large, small, and long test balls, municipal balls, tubes and inserts, test, discrete, PET Foam, wall drains, PVC drains, kitting, or drain kit packaging.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Assemble components to build product according to SOP's by reading prints, using basic math, and following procedures.
  • Follow daily schedule for assembly/build.
  • Prepare and assemble components and materials as needed for daily schedule build.
  • Order raw materials where appropriate.
  • Set up equipment and tools for daily build.
  • Visually inspect and test all products for conformance using inflation pressure, gauges, and other measuring devices.
  • Document completed and incomplete work orders and reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Basic math, reading and writing skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate machinery.
  • Ability to read blueprints or ability and willingness to learn.
  • Accuracy in measuring.
  • Decision-making skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Willing to train others when requested.

Education and Certification:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation Range for the Position:

$16.95 - $22.04 - $27.12 USD

Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
