This position requires our agents to maintain and seek after new business relationship opportunities that specifically correlate to our AssuraCar vehicle asset protection program. Dealerships of all sizes, new and used, are welcome to join our growing and highly sought after inventory protection platform. WHAT DOES A SALES AND KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER DO?
As a Sales and Account Manager for Vehicle Fleet Services, you are an invaluable member of our team. Each day, you work to build a book of business by adding valuable B2B clients to our roster. You will be required to add new accounts and manage relationships within those accounts every month. You also work closely with industry related companies as needed to strengthen relationships between our clients the protection services that we offer.
In addition, you provide wholesale liquidation consulting to clients. With access to all national auction databases and appraisal systems, you help our clients maximize their returns on vehicles that are no longer needed and offer assistance with our full throttle inventory protection services. As a people person and someone who is passionate about the auto industry, you will enjoy building relationships with our clients and help position them for success.
YOUR HOURS AS A SALES AND ACCOUNT MANAGER
In this relationship management position, you work flexible full-time hours, depending on the season and workload. No weekend work will be needed!
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
To be successful in this role, you'll need strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. You'll also need to have great interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a variety of personality types. To be considered for this role you must meet these preferred qualifications:
  • 1 year Wholesale / Auto industry experience is required
  • 2 years of sales experience - industry related preferred.
  • Knowledge of auto industry sales, wholesaling, inventory management, appraisal experience, and auctions required.
  • Auto Manager/Dealer relationships would be a plus
  • Auto industry buyer experience would be a plus.
