We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Finance Decision Support Manager to join a leading healthcare organization and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This position is responsible for leading the organization's decision support, financial planning, business analytics, and cost accounting functions to drive data-driven decisions that improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and long-term strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospital finance, healthcare analytics, reimbursement, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support. This individual will collaborate with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights that support organizational initiatives, service line growth, and capital investment decisions.

What You'll Do

As the Healthcare Finance Decision Support Manager, you will oversee the development and delivery of financial models, operational analytics, and executive reporting that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization.

Working closely with Finance, Clinical Leadership, Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Executive Management, you will analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, evaluate performance, and recommend strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.

Design executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and financial reports to support organizational performance.

Partner with executive leadership to evaluate new business opportunities, physician alignment initiatives, and strategic growth projects.

Maintain and enhance healthcare cost accounting methodologies and allocation models.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize financial performance.

Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership and executive committees.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts and decision support professionals.

Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of financial reporting and analytics.

Collaborate with Information Technology teams to improve reporting tools, business intelligence solutions, and data automation initiatives.

Stay current with healthcare reimbursement regulations, industry benchmarks, and financial best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hospital finance, healthcare decision support, financial planning, or healthcare analytics.

Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience within a healthcare finance environment.
