Experienced Finance Director

Dallas-Fort Worth Auto Group is seeking an experienced, professional, and driven Finance & Insurance Director to manage and structure the financial transaction of the vehicle purchasing experience for each customer of the dealership. The Finance Director must possess an effective focus on compliance requirements while maximizing profitability for the finance team of the dealership.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deal Processing and Customer Satisfaction:
    • Assist with the process of desking deals by submitting to lenders, obtaining rates, managing credit decisions, and presenting aftermarket products like extended vehicle service contracts and manufacturer/dealership services. The Finance Director assists F & I Producers with navigating the complexities of financing to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Financial Expertise, Goal Setting, and Compliance:
    • Structure deals with achieving monthly finance goals and generating the maximum revenue and profitability for the dealership. The Finance Director will submit finance and lease agreements accurately and secure 100% compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Train and mentor by fostering teamwork and conduct training and development programs for the finance and sales department.

Employee Prerequisites:

  • Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
  • 3-5 years of automotive sales experience and 1 year in a finance position. Pay based on experience.
