Job description

About the Job
"Work With a Team. Stay Busy. No Customer Drama."
Not everyone wants to deal with customers all day.
This role is for people who would rather:
  • Work with a team
  • Stay moving
  • Know exactly what they're supposed to do
Our Auction Division is structured. It runs like a system. Everyone has a role, and the day moves because people do their part.
If you like that, keep reading.
What You'll Actually Do:
  • Work as part of a team on vehicles
  • Follow a clear, repeatable process
  • Stay active throughout the day
  • Help keep production moving
What Matters:
You don't need experience.
You do need:
  • A valid driver's license
  • The ability to work with others (this is not a solo job)
  • Reliability. Meaning you show up and do the work, you keep your job.
What This Job Is:
  • Team-based
  • Structured
  • Fast-moving, but predictable
  • Clear from start to finish
What This Job Is Not:
  • Customer-facing
  • Confusing or disorganized
  • A place where you stand around waiting to be told what to do
Why People Like It:
  • You know what your day looks like
  • You stay busy
  • You work with a solid team
  • No customer interaction

Final Thought:
If you like working with a group and staying busy, you'll fit in well.
If you need constant direction or prefer to take it slow and figure things out as you go...this probably isn't your spot.
