Job Summary:
Blasius Kia, a leading auto dealership in Watertown, CT, is seeking a Full-Time Detailer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of vehicles in our lot and service area. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto detailing and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time hourly position that offers competitive pay based on experience and skills. In addition to the hourly rate, this role also offers benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough detailing services on vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing
- Vacuum and clean interiors of vehicles, including carpets, upholstery, and windows
- Clean and polish all exterior surfaces, trim, and tires
- Remove any stickers, decals, or adhesives from vehicles
- Inspect and report any damages or issues with vehicles to the management team
- Keep the detailing area clean and organized at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Collaborate with the sales and service team to ensure vehicles are detailed according to customer expectations
- Assist with other tasks in the dealership as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in auto detailing
