What is an auto desk claims adjuster?

Auto Desk Claims Adjusters are insurance professionals who evaluate and process claims for vehicle damage, typically from an office setting rather than in the field. They review documentation, assess damages using photos and reports, communicate with policyholders, repair shops, and sometimes other parties involved in the claim. Their goal is to determine the extent of the insurance company's liability and ensure claims are resolved efficiently and fairly. Auto Desk Claims Adjusters play a crucial role in helping customers recover after an auto incident and maintaining the integrity of the claims process.
