As an Author Success Coach at SelfPublishing.com, your mission is simple yet powerful: drive real results and long-term success for our authors. You'll guide them through their publishing journey, helping them hit milestones, launch with excellence, and build momentum for years to come.

What You'll Do:
  • Coach authors to success: Provide exceptional, high-quality coaching that helps authors achieve their goals and hit 10+ success checkpoints per month.
  • Host launch calls (8+ per month): Guide authors through best-in-class book launches that drive visibility, impact, and profit.
  • Be the bridge to results: Collaborate closely with our Coaching, Author Success, and Community teams to help authors publish, get noticed, and stay profitable.
  • Continuously improve: Recommend curriculum updates, enhance our coaching program, and identify standout author stories to feature each quarter.
  • Champion renewals: Help authors see such incredible results that they can't wait to keep working with us.

Location & Hours:
This is a full-time, in-office role (40 hours/week) based at our Austin, TX headquarters.
