  • 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment

A leading digital streaming network is seeking an Auditorto support travel and expense compliance operations by reviewing employee expense reports, analyzing policy adherence, providing reporting and audit support, and assisting employees with expense-related inquiries across Concur and Oracle Fusion Expenses platforms.
Auditor Responsibilities:
  • Review, audit, and analyze domestic and international expense reports in Concur and Oracle Fusion Expenses to ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies, identify infractions, assess risk, and prioritize findings.
  • Provide employee support and guidance regarding expense report submissions, policy compliance, aging corporate card charges, and system-related questions while helping drive resolution of discrepancies and documentation issues.
  • Generate, maintain, and analyze reports using Excel, Concur, and Oracle Fusion Expenses, including ad hoc reporting, policy compliance analysis, expense tracking, and management-requested reporting.
  • Create, modify, and utilize queries within Concur and Oracle Fusion Expenses to monitor compliance, identify trends, support audits, and recommend process or policy improvements.
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams on expense compliance initiatives, Oracle Fusion rollout support, special projects, employee education efforts, and continuous process improvement activities.

Auditor Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience using Concur, with experience reviewing and auditing expense reports.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Expenses.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Experience in analyzing data, documenting findings, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle Fusion, or other ERP systems is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Visio skills are preferred.
  • Knowledge of finance, sourcing/procurement processes, and information technology concepts is preferred.

Shift:
  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
