Position: Accounting Office Clerk | Location: Ashland, WI

Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Company: Adams MultiMedia

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to assist our

Accounting Department in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will

preferably have at least two years of experience in accounts receivable or

other bookkeeping experience and will be responsible for supporting

day-to-day accounting operations. This position offers flexibility and the

opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Auditing: Assist with auditing financial, billing transactions and records to

ensure accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

Payment Posting: Accurately post payments to customer accounts and

manage related documentation related to daily deposits.

Customer Service: Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues

related to accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

Experience: Preferred 2 years of previous accounts receivable

or bookkeeping.

Skills: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Personal Attributes:
