About the Role:
The Audiology Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the daily operations and clinical services of an audiology department or practice within the United States. This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing audiology staff, and implementing best practices in hearing healthcare. The manager will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Additionally, the role involves strategic planning, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations to maintain operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D. preferred).
  • Current and valid state licensure to practice audiology in the United States.
