Compensation Includes: Base Salary + Commissions & Bonus Eligibility
Essential Functions
1. Maximizes advertisingrevenue generation by selling to digital focused advertising agencies andclients direct.
2. Must be a saleshunter and aggressively manage New Business Development opportunities with keyaccounts and additional accounts. This includes seeking out and developingstrategic relationships with decision makers and working directly with clientsand their ad agencies to develop custom media programs to suit their specificneeds.
3. Manages a quota,setting goals and working with management and marketing to strategize on newbusiness opportunities and creative approaches to RFPs.
4. Uses establishedcontact list and relationships in the digital space especially in digitalagencies to secure business.
5. Will workdirectly with SVP,GMs of region on high volume face to face calls.
6. Proactivelycommunicates account and sales information to management and other team membersthrough regular call reports.
7. Constantly comesup with ways to educate/consult customers and providestools/data/research/ideas to help advertisers market their products.

5. Very proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Travel required.
7. BS/BA degree, or equivalent training andexperience.
