Now Hiring: Audio Visual Director

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and execution of all audio-visual services across the resort. This includes supporting conferences, weddings, corporate events, entertainment programming, and in-house productions. You’ll ensure exceptional guest experiences through innovative AV solutions, operational excellence, team leadership, and revenue optimization.

You’ll contribute to the success of engaging, memorable entertainment programs that drive guest satisfaction, repeat visits, and resort energy. You’ll also foster a positive workplace culture by leading, motivating, and developing audio-visual teams that deliver exceptional service and experiences across the property.

Salary Range: $110,000k - $120,000k/yr


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the AV team through recruiting, training, scheduling, mentoring, and coaching technicians, supervisors, and event staff.
  • Oversee AV execution for meetings, conferences, weddings, resort events, and complex client programs, including setup, operation, breakdown, timelines, site visits, and technical consultations.
  • Partner with Sales, Catering, Event Planning, external vendors, and production partners to ensure seamless event delivery and strong client relationships.
  • Drive AV revenue and profitability through pricing strategies, upselling opportunities, budget management, forecasting, cost controls, and performance tracking.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5+ years of progressive audio-visual experience in a meeting space of 75,000+ sq. ft, preferably in a hospitality environment (hotel/resort).
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a management or leadership position.
  • Bachelor’s or Arts degree in Audio Visual Technology, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate personality.
