Job description

We’re looking for a Commercial AV Superintendent to lead large-scale installation projects across the U.S. If you thrive in the field, enjoy leading crews, and want consistent work with strong support and travel compensation, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role with a growing team.

Travel

What You’ll Do

  • Lead commercial AV installation projects from start to finish
  • Supervise field technicians and manage schedules
  • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec
  • Read and interpret blueprints and system schematics
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for project quality and coordination

What You Bring

  • Experience in commercial AV or low-voltage construction
  • Strong leadership and team management ability
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
  • OSHA 30 and/or CTS preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (depending on jobs) and work in active construction environments
