Remote (Client Sites + Occasional Office Visits) About the Company Connect Media Solutions is a one-stop shop for technology solutions, specializing in audio-visual (AV) and managed service provider (MSP) services. We work with small businesses, churches, and non-profits, delivering cutting-edge technology solutions tailored to their needs. About the Role We are seeking a skilled and reliable AVL (Audio, Video, Lighting) Technician to join our team as an independent contractor.

This part-time role requires availability on weekends and some evenings, supporting live events, installations, and system maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AVL systems and the flexibility to manage their own schedule while meeting client and company needs. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio, video, and lighting systems for live events, including church services, conferences, and special events.

Assist with the installation and configuration of AVL equipment in client locations. Perform routine maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal performance. Qualifications Proven experience as an AVL technician or similar role.

Proficiency with audio consoles (analog and digital), video switchers, projectors, and stage lighting systems. Familiarity with software like ProPresenter, OBS, or other media presentation tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
