We are currently seeking a full-time Implementation Coordinator for our West Jordan, UT office!


The Implementation Coordinator is a key member of our Implementation team, working closely with Project Managers, Scheduling Coordinators, Field Engineers, and all other departments to ensure a smooth transition and seamless execution of projects. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to support the successful deployment of our solutions. The Implementation Coordinator will facilitate coordination between internal teams, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project completion.


Duties include:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Scheduling Coordinators, Field Engineers, and all other departments to support implementation timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate logistics and resource allocation with Project Managers to determine fulfillment and installation schedules.
  • Gather and organize necessary project documentation from internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project progression.
  • Maintain consistent phone and email communication throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Process invoicing for completed services using SAP.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in project coordination, implementation, or a related role preferred (1-2 years).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; SAP By Design experience preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Compensation and Benefits:


Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
