โ€ขProgram and configure Crestron control systems (Crestron Home, SIMPL Windows, SIMPL#, SIMPL#Pro, Crestron) for residential estates and commercial facilities.

โ€ขDevelop the control logic that unifies AV, lighting, climate, security, and shading into a single intuitive interface for the end

AV Systems - Audio & video signal flow, HDMI/HDCP/EDID, distributed audio, surround sound, displays, projectors, matrix switching, DSP, and rack layout.

Networking - DHCP & static IPs, subnetting and VLAN awareness, multicast/IGMP, mDNS, device discovery, and remote-access tools such as OvrC.

Integrations - Lutron, Sonos, Josh.ai, Biamp, Q-SYS, Alarm.com, security & surveillance, HVAC, pool/spa, motorized screens, lifts, and shades.

Qualifications

Required:

โ€ข Ability to read system block diagrams or signal-flow documentation.
โ€ข A strong desire to build a career in automation control

Preferred (weโ€™ll teach the rest)

โ€ขย Crestron SIMPL Windows, SIMPL#, or SIMPL#Proโ€” certification (or the willingness to pursue it) a plus.

โ€ขย DSP programmingโ€”Biamp (Tesira/Audia), QSC Q-SYS, BSS, or similar.

โ€ขย AV signal-flow fundamentals (HDMI/HDBaseT, audio routing, switching)

โ€ขย Other control platforms (AMX, Savant, Control4)

โ€ขย Networking basics (TCP/IP, VLANs)โ€”control systems live on networks
