Job description

Role Title: Marketing Audience Specialist Duration: 6 Months Location - 100% remote Required Skills:
  • Learn and develop expertise in Adobe Real-Time Content Data Platform (RTCDP), including data schemas, source integrations, identity resolution, and audience activation workflows across channels.
  • Support stakeholders in building and managing audience segments within RTCDP- leveraging firmographic, demographic, behavioral, and transactional data to drive targeted engagement strategies.
  • Support establishing accurate, consistent audience segmentation across platforms and marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to investigate data issues and validate audience quality and integrity.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm new segmentation capabilities meet business and operational requirements.
  • Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation (e.g., process flows, user guides, FAQs).
  • Train and support marketing users on AEP audience functionality-enabling adoption and leading practices.
  • Deliver insights through audience reports that highlight contact coverage, audience sizing, quality, and engagement trends-informing go-to-market strategies.
