  • Build and Lead a Best-in-Class Team: Recruit, build, manage & mentor a dedicated US team to service and grow the US measurement program for the long term. You will ensure this team has deep expertise in OOH, measurement methodologies, flawless program execution and client first consultation capabilities.
  • Client Leadership & Program Management: Serve as the primary US client leader for this program, managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring cross-team connectivity, and delivering on project and product deployment.
  • Drive Audience Measurement New Business: Lead business development efforts in the OOH, Radio, and Digital measurement space in the US, acting as the commercial engine for Ipsos's expanding Audience Measurement presence in the US.
  • Cross-Functional Ad Sales Development: Capitalize on your existing network and relationships to drive business development for broader Ipsos services with OOH sector clients, actively participating in One Ipsos development, and working in close collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
  • Ideate New Offers & Commercial Strategies: You will be a conduit connecting client's needs to Ipsos OOH capabilities. This may mean kickstarting new products, advising on strategy, and conducting go-to-market campaigns to support the establishment of new capabilities that will fit under your portfolio to capitalize on budgets and find growth for the business line.

How You Will Be Measured (Key Deliverables)

  • Commercial Growth & Revenue Targets: Successfully generate new business revenue in the US Audience Measurement space, achieving ambitious growth targets for OOH and Audience Measurement in the US.
  • Program Delivery: Successfully launch the US OOH Measurement Program, transitioning smoothly from the existing pilot phase into full, market-wide execution by mid-year 2027.
